This giveaway is open to residents of Baldwin County, Alabama. Nominated individuals or families must reside within our service area to be eligible.
Employees of Apex HVAC, their immediate family members, and household members are not eligible to receive the award.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Submitting a nomination does not guarantee selection.
Nominations will be accepted for a limited time. Apex HVAC reserves the right to extend or shorten the nomination period at its discretion.
All nominations will be reviewed privately by the Apex HVAC team. The selected recipient will be chosen based on demonstrated need, as determined solely by Apex HVAC.
We reserve the right to request additional information or verify details before making a final decision.
If a nomination is selected as a finalist, Apex HVAC will attempt to contact the nominator and/or nominee using the information provided.
If we are unable to establish contact within a reasonable timeframe, an alternate recipient may be selected.
The giveaway includes the installation of a standard residential HVAC system suitable for the home, as determined by Apex HVAC.

By accepting the award, the selected recipient agrees that Apex HVAC may share their story, photos, or installation experience for promotional purposes, unless otherwise requested.
Apex HVAC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway at any time, disqualify any submission that appears fraudulent or misleading, and make all final decisions regarding eligibility and selection.
